ABOUT NCi
NCi has been a leader in the Roofing and Waterproofing Industry for the past two decades.
Our principles are an inclusive 8 step approach to roofing and waterproofing that has taken city and county governments, state and federal facilities, healthcare providers, property management organizations, school districts, colleges and universities along with large inventory building owners to new levels of cooperation and achievement within their replacement, repairs and preventive maintenance of the roofing and waterproofing systems.
NCi has a successful history in providing multiple location building owners with technical assistance reports on construction, conditions and recommendations with estimated budgetary figures for project development, corrective replacement and/or preventive maintenance to extend the life-cycles of their existing structures.
NCi specializes in commercial, industrial, institutional, historical buildings and structures,and multi-family types of projects. We work hand-in-hand with developers, REIT asset managers, multi-site engineering and operational personnel, architectural and engineering firms and major corporations trying to manage large inventories of buildings and structures successfully.
The NCi corporate office moved from Oregon in the mid 1980’s and is now located in Vacaville, (Northern) California off the Interest 80 corridor between San Francisco and Sacramento. Approximately 45 minutes in each direction. The firms specializes in the envelope of the building.
NCi services Northern and Southern California with Regional Offices and a network of Project Managers and Inspector throughout territories in those Regions
